[Eat Falafel] Gebel Al Mawta: A montanha dos mortos

[English version below]

A vista do topo da montanha é fantástica, pois é possível ver a vila, a água e todo o verde do oásis.

The day after came and we left to explore Siwa. With the map the guy gave us in the tourist center, the first place passed was The Mountain of the Dead, “Gebel al Mawta”. The tip was to rent bicycles, so we did. This place is possible to pay half if you have a student card.
The name of the place is cause of the many tombs situated there. When we walked around, was possible to observe many holes and holes on its base from the 26th dynasty, the Greeks and Romans.
It was possible to enter in some of these with watchman. Other one we entered because some people were working in, apparently in the restoration.
From the top you have an amazing view. It’s possible to see the village, the water, the green of the Oasis.

Taking our bikes, we went out to the next place: The Oracle Temple.
